Gavia Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

Here you will find all the necessary information to complete your purchase

• PURCHASE: Purchases can be made virtually through the website www.gaviasp.com. To guarantee correct delivery, it is essential that the data entered is real and correct. The purchase will be subject to the availability of products in inventory.
• GIFT VOUCHER DELIVERY: Delivery is made virtually, via email, within up to 1 business day after successful payment confirmation is received. The voucher is sent to the email address registered in the “Contact Information” field of the payment screen.
• REDEMPTION: Redemption can be made virtually on the www.gaviasp.com website with the alphanumeric code assigned to the voucher. If purchasing in person at the Gavia office (Carrera 52 #14 Sur – 131, 6th floor, Medellín), the aforementioned code will be validated in the same way.
• BALANCE: Each gift card will be loaded with the value acquired at the time of purchase.
• VALIDITY: The gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The date of issue is understood as the sending of the email containing the voucher.
• REFUND: The voucher is not refundable in cash. It can only be used as a payment method through www.gaviasp.com or at the Gavia office in Medellín.
• RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser of the gift voucher must send an email to tienda@gaviasp.com making the request within 5 days of the purchase and provided that the gift voucher has not been redeemed.
