At Gavia, we welcome your ideas and offer you both options.

1. You can send us your custom design and our team will review it to ensure it perfectly matches our printing specifications.

2. If you have an idea and need help perfecting your design, our team will be happy to collaborate with you to bring your vision to life.

How long will it take from when I approve the design until I receive my custom order?

Once your design has been approved, color tests have been completed, and the 50% deposit of the total value has been received, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. We strive to ensure your order is completed with the highest quality in the shortest possible time so you can showcase it soon.

What is the minimum quantity I need to order to customize my design?

The minimum quantity to customize your sportswear is 12 units.

We understand that some projects may require smaller quantities, which is why we offer the option to place orders of 1 to 6 units with an additional cost. This gives you the flexibility to adapt your order to your specific needs without compromising quality or service.

For socks, we handle a minimum of 24 units, same size, same design.
